Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, whether you want to buy or refinance, and any message you write. We also record which page the form was on and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click details in the web address (such as a Google click ID or campaign tags).

Loan applications are completed on Barrett Financial Group's secure application site, not on this website. Information you provide there is covered by Barrett Financial Group's privacy notice.

• To match you with a licensed advisor, or refer you to a licensed Barrett Financial Group advisor in your state

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers we use

• Rad CRM (built on LeadConnector / HighLevel) stores the contact details you submit so our advisors can follow up.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, protects our forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and provides privacy-focused visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies).
• Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to inquiries. When you submit a form, a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your email and phone number may be shared with Google to match the inquiry to an ad click. Google cannot read the original values.
• Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and time on site.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site.

These providers process information on our behalf and may set cookies or similar technologies. You can limit ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, with Barrett Financial Group and its licensed advisors to respond to your request, and when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

Your choices
